Manual masking is a thing of the past – we rely on laser technology.
With our high-precision laser technology, we are revolutionising the surface treatment of components with high optical requirements. Instead of time-consuming and error-prone masking processes prior to powder coating, wet painting or anodising, we remove the coating from defined areas in a targeted and contactless manner – directly on the component, with precise contours and process reliability. Our technology is based on state-of-the-art 4-axis laser technology. This allows even complex, three-dimensional geometries to be processed reliably. Integration into existing manufacturing processes is easy and ensures a significant increase in efficiency. For certain applications, the technology can also be used as a cost-effective alternative to classic CNC reworking.
